Meet our three new property managers

This month, we welcome Emily Woolacott, Olivia Conroy and Sammy Hawea to the property management team.

Emily has experience working in a law firm, international volunteer organisations, and with school clients through Education Perfect.

“As a property manager, I enjoy the fast-paced environment, working with many different people, getting out and about and solving problems. I look after a good mix of residential homes and student apartments.”

Olivia’s background is in business development, relationship management and recruitment.

“I enjoy helping tenants create a place to call home, and take pride in the trust owners give me with their investments - taking care of their property as if it were my own. In my experience, if you look after tenants well, this in turn keeps owners happy.”

Sammy has a background in hospitality, with experience in Dunedin and London and running a small country pub in Patearoa near her hometown of Ranfurly.

“I like to tackle and help resolve potential problems right away to ensure everyone is happy. The best part of my job is the people. I always look forward to meeting and assisting new tenants and landlords.”
