Not surprisingly, elections impact on the real estate market.

We have both main parties saying they will lift restrictions on first home buyers and put pressure on the Reserve Bank, to ease lending restrictions. While it’s always an uncertain time leading into an election – especially with party leaders coming and going – we are only about three weeks away from the big day. So it should be back to business as usual for the property market in no time.
