I pride myself on consistently delivering a high standard of customer service and have extensive administration experience. Working in the property management industry gives me the best of both worlds and I really enjoy the day-to-day diversity that this role brings.

Prior to joining the team at Edinburgh, I spent 10 years in an administrative/receptionist role where my attention to detail and customer service skills were utilised and developed. I enjoyed interacting with a wide variety of people and valued the structure and accuracy that the administrative tasks required.

When looking for the next step in my career, property management stood out to me for two main reasons, the varied administrative nature of the role and the opportunity to meet and assist people with their property needs. I enjoy the challenges and complexities that any day can bring and approach all situations with a calm and steady manner. I get immense satisfaction and joy from achieving great results for both my tenants and clients. I also enjoy working within a collaborative and supportive team environment with strong family values. There is never a problem we can’t solve as a team and we thrive on the fast paced nature of our industry.
