Dunedin Property Management

As a landlord for the past 15 years, I have a natural interest in the relevant laws/legislation and obligations that come with investment property ownership. I bring unique insight to my role as well as hands-on and practical experience.

I gained extensive management and interpersonal skills throughout my career in Hospitality/Hotel Management and Covid-19 Management Support for the Southern District Health Board. Like the hotel industry, no two days are the same in property management and I thrive within its fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to provide fast and effective solutions. I believe in the importance of open, transparent communication and thoroughly enjoy a good problem to solve. I go the extra mile to ensure a hassle-free experience for both my property owners and tenants and treat all tasks, big or small, with the same professional and personable approach.

We have a large group of Property Managers at Edinburgh and I value the collaborative and supportive nature of our team. We share in the common goal of providing an exceptional and comprehensive management service across Otago and we all pitch in to help each other when needed. We enjoy each other’s company and have a good laugh in between the hard work!

Away from the office I love watching any and every sport and spending time with my wife and two daughters. We love to travel and experience different cultures together to enrich our children’s upbringing.
