Originally from Chile, I’m proud to bring a little South American warmth and energy to my role as a Property Manager here at Edinburgh. I’ve lived in New Zealand for over a decade now and feel so lucky to call Dunedin home. I’m a native Spanish speaker, and I love connecting with people from all walks of life—something that comes in handy every day in this job!

Before joining the Edinburgh team, I worked as a Business Manager in Finance and Insurance at a car dealership, where I developed a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to customer service. These skills transferred seamlessly into the world of property management, where no two days are ever the same, and there’s always a new challenge to take on.

I get a real sense of fulfilment from helping people find a place they can truly call home. That moment when a tenant collects the keys and lights up with a smile—it never gets old. I also take great pride in managing my clients’ investments with care, matching the right tenants with the right property, and providing a seamless, top-tier service every step of the way.

What I value most is the team culture we have at Edinburgh. We’ve built a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone pitches in and lifts each other up. It makes even the busiest days enjoyable.

Outside of work, I’m all about creativity and connection. I enjoy painting and love getting lost in a good movie or TV series. Travelling is one of my biggest passions, and whenever I get the chance, I’m off exploring new places. Closer to home, I spend quality time with my family and our dog, Repo—whether we’re heading off on bush walks or soaking up the beauty of our local beaches.
