I’m a real people-person at heart, which makes property management the perfect fit for me. I genuinely enjoy the connections I build every day—whether it’s with tenants, landlords, tradespeople, or my own team. No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what I love about it. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride myself on staying calm, focused, and solution-driven, no matter what challenges arise. There’s always a way forward, especially when you’re part of a strong, supportive team like we have here at Edinburgh.

Before joining the world of property management, I worked in customer service and as a community support worker—both roles that taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability. These skills are vital in this industry, where you're constantly juggling the needs of clients and tenants while ensuring everyone feels heard and supported.

Highly organised and naturally good at multitasking, I’m passionate about delivering a seamless, stress-free experience for everyone involved. I aim to make things easy, clear, and efficient for our clients and tenants alike—always backed by honest communication and a genuine desire to help.

Outside of work, life is full and rewarding. I’m a proud mum and love spending time with my children and extended family. I’m also a keen cook and baker, and I enjoy relaxing with good music, a social get-together, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I feel lucky to work in a team that values family, balance, and people above all else—just as I do.
