In my role as Personal Assistant to the Residential, Lifestyle and Rural team at Edinburgh, I enjoy supporting a busy sales team and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in customer service and administration, I bring a positive, professional approach to every task – whether I’m coordinating appointments, assisting with documentation, or keeping day-to-day operations on track.

Before stepping into this role, I worked in administration and reception at Edinburgh, where I was often the first point of contact for tenants, clients and customers. This experience gave me a solid understanding of the business and allowed me to build strong relationships across our wider team. It also helped me sharpen my organisation and problem-solving skills – both of which I rely on daily in my current role.

I’m a real people person, and I thrive on the variety and fast pace that comes with working in real estate. Moving into this position has been a great opportunity to continue growing within the industry while taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
